We want every Unseen edition to arrive exactly as intended.
14-DAY CANCELLATION PERIOD
You may cancel your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving it.
After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the product.
Start your return through our online cancellation option or email [YOUR UNSEEN EMAIL ADDRESS] with your order number.
RETURN CONDITIONS
You may inspect the artwork as you would in a physical store. Please return it safely, preferably in its original protective packaging.
You are responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
RETURN COSTS
Normal return costs are paid by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or another suitable solution at no additional cost.
REFUNDS
Refunds include the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost. Additional costs for a more expensive delivery method are not refunded.
We refund through the original payment method within 14 days after cancellation. We may wait until we receive the returned product or proof that it has been shipped.
