PRODUCTS

Unseen Projects releases limited art editions. The edition size, materials, dimensions, price and available variants are shown on the relevant product page.

Signed, numbered and handmade elements may contain minor variations. These are part of the character of the work and are not considered defects.

Colours displayed on screens may differ slightly from the physical artwork.

  1. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in euros and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are displayed during checkout.

An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation. If an edition is unexpectedly unavailable, we will cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.

  1. DELIVERY

Estimated production and delivery times are shown on the product page or during checkout. Limited editions may be produced and shipped after the drop window closes.

We are responsible for the order until it has been delivered. If a delay occurs, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.

  1. RETURNS AND LEGAL GUARANTEE

The statutory cancellation period and our return procedure are explained in our Returns & Refunds Policy.

You are also entitled to the applicable legal guarantee. If an artwork arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered, contact us so that we can provide an appropriate solution.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, photography, text, branding and other content published by Unseen Projects remains protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights.

Purchasing an artwork does not transfer reproduction or commercial usage rights. Content may not be copied, sold, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.

  1. LIABILITY

Unseen Projects is not responsible for indirect losses resulting from the use of the website or products, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability resulting from intent, fraud or gross negligence.

  1. PRIVACY

Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy.

  1. APPLICABLE LAW

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s country of residence remain applicable.
